Creative Women of Color Database
We are a mentorship program for women of color in advertising, music, fashion, and tech.
We pair women in college and early in their career with women in the field. We run two 15-week programs every year and have mentors and mentees nationwide.
Based on the mission of this organization, this is where we feel our efforts will most likely make a difference. Also - women of color are the least represented in leadership positions, as noted by the image below.
At this moment our network serves the ad, music, fashion, and tech communities. We realize there are disparities among all industries, and we are starting here first.
Women in the Workplace is the largest study on the state of women in corporate America.
This year, we collected information from 317 participating organizations employing more than 12 million people and surveyed more than 40,000 employees to better understand their day-to-day work experiences.
